With the Support of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology Affairs;

Call for use of technology to improve health is announced

 

The call for presenting sensors and intelligent tools in the area of digital health is announced in line with the implementation of the foresight program in the area of science and technology with the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and ministry of health.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, “national program of foresight of science and technology” is initiated after primary studies (localization and executive models used in other countries and design of executive models) in the deputy of policy-making and strategic evaluation of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs. According to this directive, the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs is the custodian of the national program of science and technology foresight, which is carried out by the policy-making and strategic evaluation headquarter as the secretariat of the program and with the cooperation of other executive organizations.

Therefore, the national program of foresight of science and technology will be held in the area of health, and its call for presenting intelligent sensors and tools in the area of digital health with the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and ministry of health is announced.

Enthusiasts of this field are encouraged to register for the event by referring to the website of www.infp.ir if they are willing to present their sensor or tool. After the evaluation of obtained projects, the final result of referees will be announced February 20th 2018.

Some of the main aspects of the foresight of science and technology program include the creation of an objective understanding of the future and its changes, creating a knowledge society, creating insight into future changes, consensus and coordination on the adoption of national policies and strategies and public-private partnership in designing national solutions and priorities through discourse.
