New biotechnology is the safe path of supplying food safety

The specialized workshop of biotechnology in dairy industries was held by the efforts of the biotechnology development headquarter and in the presence of the authorities of the headquarter and food industry experts.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the specialized workshop of biotechnology in dairy industries was held by the efforts of the biotechnology development headquarter, where the significant role of biotechnology in maintaining food, eliminating environmental pollutions and presenting the best food production process was pointed out, introducing biotechnology as one of the big hopes of the future century to meet several human needs and solve problems in supplying food safety for the ever-growing global population.

In this workshop, Manouchehr Vosoughi, communicator manager with food industries in the field of biotechnology, expressed: the approach of the biotechnology development headquarter is developing technology and supporting new companies in the biotechnology field. The companies in the food industry must move toward production of healthier products with higher qualities.

He added: food industry is one of the most prerequisites for the presence and activity of biotechnology, and existing capacities should be used in this regard.

The workshop was followed by experts in the food industry to express their views on genetic engineering solutions to solve some of the food industry issues.
