The second round of educational-experimental project (KIMIA) will be held

The second round of educational-experimental project (KIMIA) will be held by the support of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building development headquarter in order to improve the knowledge and skill of human resources in the area of innovation and entrepreneurship of the country.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, KIMIA is an experimental-educational course held with the aim of improving the knowledge, awareness and skill of enthusiasts of the field of knowledge-based businesses and active units in the ecosystem of innovation and technology.

This event will be held by the support of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building development headquarter, aiming to deal with the shortage of capable human resource in the innovation and technology ecosystem to learn skills. These individuals can work as experts of the field (for example expert assessor, executive manager, and human resource manager) in organizations and centers, such as accelerators, venture capital funds, science and technology parks, growth centers and other places.

The process of education and improvement of skill of selected individuals is as follows: in the first stage, these individuals will attend a 100-hour specialized workshop during two weeks. After that, they will attend an 80-hour internship course and will pass 40 hours of observational and skill-training courses. The mentoring round is the next stage, where mentors will provide insight during in-person meetings for 20 hours. In the end, the relevant organizations and units will be visited and the applicants will take the final test.

Enthusiasts of the field can pre-register for the event by referring to kimia-college.ir. The next stage will be occupational excellence test and an interview to finalize the selection of individuals.
