According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, stated on the closing ceremony of the 6th festival of computer games of Tehran that formation of a new business environment based on innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem is crucial for commercialization of creativities in the culture field. He expressed: creativity of human resources is in fact the basis of those new businesses that grow with capabilities and ideas of the young population of our nation. Therefore, they need a new environment to perform based on an ecosystem of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship to grow and commercialize their product.
The vice president for science and technology introduced the commercialization in the field of computer games and animations to be the foundation for flourished human resources capacities.
Pointing out the long history of culture, Sattari affirmed that handicrafts made by creative and diverse ethnic groups of Iran over the years are manifestations of our culture.
He mentioned the different capacities of Tehran as the capital of Iran, which contains many academic and research centers and a young population with high capacity for economy development and cultural services. He continued: we should pay attention to our traditions again to strengthen the new economic basis of Tehran by focusing on human resources abilities in order to change Tehran into a knowledge-based city and the innovation center of Iran, which can be achieved by attracting skilled and talented young Iranians.
The closing ceremony of the 6th national festival of computer games of Tehran was held, attended by Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, Seyed Reza Salehi Amiri, minister of culture and Islamic guidance, Parviz Karami, president of headquarter of developing culture of science, technology, and knowledge-based economy, Karimi Ghodousi, director of the national foundation of computer games, and a number of activists in the field of computer games industry.
