Signing 40 Memorandums of Understanding Will Develop the Field of Brain Mapping

The national brain-mapping laboratory of the country has provided the foundation for expanded cooperation in this field for professors and researchers by signing 40 memorandums of understanding with domestic and foreign science centers.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the national brain-mapping laboratory of the country has been established to respond to all research and technology needs of all researchers of the country to supply the needs in the cognitive sciences and technologies by creating the infrastructure of imaging and brain stimulation for cognitive studies.

Therefore, with regard to the mission of the laboratory, which is the development of research activities in the field of cognitive sciences and brain-mapping across the country, this center has aimed to present services in its laboratories. In addition, the national brain-mapping laboratory has signed 40 memorandums of understanding with academic centers inside the country, as well as Medical University of Vienna, Australia to expand more efficient cooperation between professors and research.

This laboratory has been established with the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs to meet some of the country"s research and technology needs for creating brain imaging and brain-building infrastructures for cognitive research and providing knowledge services in the field of cognitive science and brain technology.
