Message of the Head of Information Center of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology Affairs on the Occasion of Day of Journalist

Message of the Head of Information Center of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology Affairs on the Occasion of Day of Journalist

Journalists stand proudly on the path of generosity. Standing quiet on the peaks of unrest and disappearance is the art of the journalists. In this fast-paced time, every moment is news, and every news, a sensation. Heroines and heroes are needed to work in this field.

Today, lack of journalists is unbearable. The life of many people becomes meaningful by the writings in the media. In addition, countless thoughts are made by the wise.

The gem of news shines in a society that is worthy of and loves mankind, and difficulties and problems do not encourage them. Journalists are expert treasurers of demands of the common people. They are the light of the path and door of the convoy. This is where the value of media work multiplies for the community that wants progress and pride.

Every year, August 8th is the day of journalists. It is the day of commemoration of martyr Mahmoud Saremi. On this day, the media activists let go of problems for a moment and are appreciated by citizens and authorities.

Similar to last years, I appreciate the efforts of my colleagues in various media and am grateful for their extensive dedications. The ecosystem of technology and knowledge-based economy are being formed in the society of Iran, which was not possible without the support and follow-up of journalists. Tomorrow"s glorious history will never forget the vital role of the media in promoting the culture of a knowledge-based economy.

Hereby, I congratulate this day to all media activists and hope that the prestigious efforts of these beloved ones remain valuable to the people of Islamic Iran.

Parviz Karami
